1 sm head cabbage
4 slices bread, cubed
1 med onion, sliced
1 can cheddar cheese soup
Cut cabbage into bite-sized pieces. Boil in salt water 15-20 minutes until tender. Drain. In casserole dish, layer cabbage, bread crumbs, onion, 1/2 soup and repeat. Bake 15-20 minutes at 350 degrees or until bubbly. Serves 4.
